By accessing or using the Privateflare platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Privateflare provides a self-hosted reverse proxy, WAF, CDN, and DNS platform. The Service is delivered as a software subscription that runs on your own infrastructure.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via cryptocurrency through Cryptomus, NowPayments, and Capitalist.
New accounts receive a free 2-week trial with full platform access. No payment information is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
Privateflare is a self-hosted platform. Your traffic data is processed on your own servers and never leaves your infrastructure. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle account information.
The Service, including all software, design, and documentation, is owned by Privateflare. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Privateflare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or through the platform dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
